1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all More Rugby camps, skills sessions and events. By making a booking, parents/guardians agree to these Terms on behalf of themselves and the participant.
2. Eligibility
Age eligibility varies by activity. Worcester weekday membership is for ages 6–13; individual holiday camps may use a wider or different age range, which will be shown on the relevant camp page and booking journey.
3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed only when full payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring all information supplied during the booking process is accurate and up to date.
3A. Worcester Weekday Membership
Worcester Weekday Membership is for one named child aged 6–13 and provides one coached session each Tuesday from 17:00–18:00 at Worcester Rugby Football Club, running year-round except for the Christmas and New Year break.
Membership costs £39.95 per child per month and is collected by recurring Bacs Direct Debit through Stripe. There is no minimum term and no guaranteed number of sessions in a calendar month.
The price applying when a membership begins is protected while that membership remains active or is on an approved administrative freeze. A cancelled or terminated membership does not retain protected pricing if the child later rejoins.
An active membership includes a 10% discount on eligible More Rugby holiday camps for the member child only. The benefit does not apply to siblings and cannot be combined with a voucher or other discount; the larger eligible benefit will be applied.
3B. Membership Cancellation, Failed Payments and Freezes
A parent or guardian may cancel through their account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access and membership benefits continue until that date and no prorated refund is provided.
If a payment fails, access, the camp benefit and protected pricing are retained for seven days while payment is resolved. If it remains unresolved after that period, the membership may be terminated and protected pricing will be lost.
Memberships cannot be paused by parents. More Rugby may approve an administrative freeze. During a freeze collection is paused and membership history and protected pricing are retained. A freeze resumes on the planned date or earlier by an administrator, without retrospective charges or proration.
More Rugby may amend session dates, times or venue where reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes to affected members.
3C. Free Weekday Taster
Children may claim one free weekday taster session per child. The claim is used when the child attends the session; a booked place also reserves it.
A taster booking reserves a real place in the relevant session, subject to the free-taster availability set by More Rugby for that session. Participation is only confirmed with a reserved place.
If a taster booking is cancelled before the session, the reserved place is freed and the child's free taster entitlement is restored, so they may book another date. If the child attends, or does not attend (no-show), the free taster is used and the child cannot book another; More Rugby may make an explicit administrative exception permitting a replacement booking.
Taster bookings use the parent account and the safety, medical, allergy and emergency contact details already saved there. Parents must keep these details accurate and up to date.
No payment details are taken for a free taster, and booking a taster does not require or imply marketing consent. Booking-related emails only are sent.
More Rugby may set, change or override the number of free taster places per session and may make exceptions to these rules at its own discretion. Tasters are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
3D. Two-Session Membership Guarantee
The two-session guarantee applies to new weekday memberships only, beginning with the child's first paid member session.
On explicit request after the child has attended their first or second paid member session, More Rugby will refund the first membership payment in full, following a review of attendance.
The free taster and missed or non-attended sessions do not count towards the guarantee. Eligibility ends once the child has attended a third paid member session.
The guarantee is available once per child, for their first eligible membership, and is recorded against that membership. It is not restored if the child later rejoins.
Refunds under the guarantee are never automatic: cancelling or ending a membership does not trigger any refund, and standard cancellation terms apply. A refund is issued only after an explicit request, an attendance review and administration by More Rugby. More Rugby may make exceptions at its discretion.
4. Booking Cancellations
14 or more days before the activity: Full refund.
7–13 days before the activity: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the activity: No refund.
5. Illness or Non-Attendance
No refund will normally be provided for illness, injury or other personal circumstances. Any exception remains entirely at the discretion of More Rugby.
6. Cancellation by More Rugby
Where activities are cancelled by More Rugby, a credit note may be issued for future use.
7. Weather
Children should be dressed appropriately for the weather and activities they will be participating in. Participants should arrive with sun cream already applied where appropriate.
Where activities cannot safely proceed due to weather, venue closure or similar circumstances, More Rugby may issue a credit note for future use.
8. Medical Information
Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication requirements, dietary requirements and emergency contact details.
More Rugby reserves the right to refuse participation where insufficient information has been provided or participation may reasonably be considered unsafe.
9. Medication
Parents/guardians must provide clear instructions regarding any medication required during an activity.
10. Emergency Treatment
More Rugby may seek appropriate medical treatment where reasonably necessary if a parent, guardian or emergency contact cannot be reached.
11. Collection and Departure
Only authorised adults may collect participants.
Children aged 12+ may leave unaccompanied at More Rugby's discretion and with prior written parental/guardian permission.
12. Rugby Activities
Activities may include tag rugby, touch rugby, games, general rugby skills, fitness and conditioning activities, and age-appropriate contact skill development.
Activities do not include contact matches or full-contact rugby games.
13. Risk of Injury
Like any physical sport, participation in rugby carries an inherent risk of injury. More Rugby takes reasonable steps to provide a safe environment and appropriately supervised activities.
14. Photography and Video
Photography and video may be taken during activities.
Images of children will only be used for promotional, marketing, website or social media purposes where explicit parental/guardian consent has been provided.
15. The More Rugby Ethos
The More Rugby Ethos forms part of these Terms and Conditions and applies to participants, parents, guardians, spectators, coaches, volunteers and staff.
16. Behaviour
Bullying, discrimination, racism, abusive language, intimidation, violence, dangerous behaviour and persistent refusal to follow instructions will not be tolerated.
All participants are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship and behaviour consistent with the More Rugby Ethos.
17. Removal from Activities
More Rugby reserves the right to remove a participant without refund where behaviour falls below the standards expected within the More Rugby Ethos or compromises the safety, welfare or enjoyment of others.
Where a participant is removed due to misconduct, no refund, transfer or credit note will be provided.
More Rugby reserves the right to refuse future bookings where appropriate.
18. Parents and Spectators
Parents, guardians and spectators are expected to uphold the More Rugby Ethos when attending activities and when communicating with More Rugby staff, volunteers, representatives and attendees.
19. Lost Property
More Rugby accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
20. First Aid and Safeguarding
Appropriate first aid provision will be available during activities.
More Rugby is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and will manage concerns in accordance with safeguarding procedures.
21. Changes to Activities
More Rugby reserves the right to amend venues, timings, coaches, activities or programme content where reasonably necessary.
Such changes shall not normally constitute grounds for a refund.
22. Data Protection
Personal information will be processed in accordance with the More Rugby Privacy Policy.
23. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
Subject to this, More Rugby's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
24. Force Majeure
More Rugby shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, venue closure, utility failure, public health emergencies, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
